We need your support in planning the Tri-Valley Expanding Your Horizons in Science and Mathematics Conference.

You can help by volunteering! Please let us know where you would like to help and provide the information requested.

Volunteer must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult.

During a workshop, you will be expected to:

  • briefly discuss background information about yourself
    (e.g. your education, how you got into your profession, what you do on the job, etc.)
  • provide a hands-on experience or activity related to your job or profession

Submit by: No later than January 6, 2021 (Be sure to make yourself a copy.) Please let us know as soon as possible if you can participate. The earlier we have the title and description the better.

We have common school supplies available; if you have more specific supply needs, please purchase the items. We will make every attempt to reimburse for supplies, but please be conscious of price since our budget is limited.

Two-three sentence paragraph describing your workshop. See examples on the workshop tab.
We would appreciate it if you could accommodate about 20 girls.

There are two workshops (60 minutes Each)

It is much easier if you can do both, but if your schedule only allows for one let us know. Please make every attempt to fill the entire time slot so the girls aren’t left with a time gap.

Co-Leaders:

Please provide the names of your co-leaders so we may provide them with appropriate name tags.
