We need your support in planning the Tri-Valley Expanding Your Horizons in Science and Mathematics Conference.

You can help by volunteering! Please let us know where you would like to help and provide the information requested.

Volunteer must be 18 years or older or accompanied by an adult.

Registration 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
  • Stuff bags for the girls
  • Help the students find their registration packets
  • Give them their bag and snack.
Hall Monitors 8:45 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Stand at strategic locations throughout campus to help direct the girls to their activities.  
  • Busy during changes and lots of downtime- can bring a book, go inside, etc, but we ask that the hall monitors not go into the workshops.

Workshop Assistant

8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
  • You will be assigned to a workshop that needs help.
Facilities 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Setting up signage and/or directing people to appropriate locations
  • Food setup, serving and clearing tables
  • Delivering supplies to various locations
  • Assisting with setup of rooms (tables, chairs, etc.)

Career Fair

11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
  • You will be helping out at the career fair.
